What data we process

This website does not use profiling or tracking cookies, does not use analytics and does not load external fonts or services. The only personal data processed are those you choose to send by email (for example your name, email address and the content of your message, including any portfolio links).

The hosting provider may record technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and service operation.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data are used only to reply to your message and, where relevant, to evaluate a collaboration or manage your participation in Gather. The legal basis is the handling of your request and pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for collaboration contacts kept for future projects, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Data are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the related relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is required by law.

Sharing

Data are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. They may be processed by the email and hosting providers used to run this website and its communications.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to their processing, and for data portability, by writing to virginia.folonari@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
